Shipping & Returns
All continental US shipping is handled through the USPS Media Mail. On average it takes 7-10 business days for your product to arrive in your hands. For overseas shipments it is handled through USPS Media Mail affiliates.

All paperback novels are shipped in a thick durable, bubble-wrapped envelope, with a piece of hard cardboard inside to make bending the envelope extremely difficult. For larger orders, hardbacks, and all RPG module purchases, the contents are secured in large sturdy cardboard boxes and further insulated with packing paper and/or bubble wrap.
Return & Exchange Policy
If one of our products was purchased in error, or the wrong product was received, we offer a 30 day money back return service, however you will be responsible for re-packaging and postal fees.

If the product is somehow damaged in the shipment, we ask that you send an email with a picture of the damaged product, and we will then send a replacement copy at no cost to you. We offer this service happily, but only with a photograph of the damaged product so that it can be handled on a case by case basis.
